I have been in private practice as a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist since 1990, formerly in Princeton, NJ, and currently near New Haven, CT.

I am a firm believer in teaching my clients to be proactive, rather than passive, when it comes to their health. People can choose to participate in their wellness, rather than ignore their bodies’ needs until pain, disease or disaster strikes. During each session you will learn a variety of self-help techniques and exercises to help you relax and balance body, mind and emotions.

From Merritt Parkway North or South
Take Exit 46 and turn Left off the exit ramp onto Rt 69.
Turn left onto Bradley Road at the traffic light.
Turn right into the Woodbridge Office Park.
Park between buildings 100 and 200 and walk the path between them.
When you come to the courtyard go right to Suite 203. My name is on the door.

From 91 South
Take Exit 17 to Merritt Pkwy/Wilbur Cross Pkwy (Rt 15).
Proceed as per From Merritt Parkway North or South above.

From 95 North below Milford
Take the exit leading to 15 North (Merritt Pkwy).
Follow directions above From Merritt.

From 95 South or 95 North, north of Milford, Take Exit 47 (Rt 34W)
Follow N. Frontage Road til end. Turn right onto Rt 10 (Ella Grasso Blvd).
Turn LEFT at light at Whalley Avenue.
Bear left at big intersection (Mobile Gas straight ahead, Shopping center on the right) onto Rt 63 (Amity Road).
Turn right onto Bradley Road and then turn left into the Woodbridge Office Park.

From Rt. 84 Danbury
I-84 East to EXIT 15 (Southbury/Seymour).
Keep LEFT at the fork in the exit ramp.

Follow Rt 67 all the way to the end and Turn RIGHT onto Rt 63 (Amity Road).
